About this Course

Warning – Invasive Species Alert: Red-eared slider turtles spotted in the Rotary Park pond by City Hall! Join a Metro Vancouver Regional Park Interpreter for an interactive presentation (with props) on local & invasive turtles and their underwater lives. Head out on a short nature walk to the pond to look for turtles and learn more about their habitat. Take home a ‘turtle-rrific’ craft that you’ll create with museum staff. Please register all those who will be attending. Adult participation required.
